On October 14th, a Black male and female attempted to use three fraudulent $100 bills at the Newport Ulta Beauty. The male made a return of an item ‘purchased’ at the Kenwood Ulta Beauty. They are believed to have tried the same scam at Kenwood. Their vehicle is a 2015 black Landrover bearing Texas plate YCM4189. The plate comes back to Alex Asiga Zegere. The male used an Ulta loyalty card with the name of Randy Williams. I did not get a facial image return for the male, but the female came back to the Instagram user name of @kutthroat.jazzzz, which is out of Texas.
If you have similar currency fraud in your area, these two might be involved, but I have not identified them.
