On 09/08/26 at approximately 0258 hours, two subjects forced entry to a garage bay window at the Take 5 Oil Change location on Ohio Pike in Union Twp. Clermont County. Patrol officers traffic-stopped a 2012 Black Chevrolet Cruze, Ohio registration KMF5392, leaving the area. The occupants matched the clothing descriptions of the subjects who entered the store. Also located inside the car were Bolt cutters and reciprocating saws, in addition to two sledgehammers that were recovered near the scene. It also appears they have been cashing in scrap metal.

Arrested were Michael T. Miller (cammo pants) and Thomas W. Frye (dark pants); both subjects were transported to the Clermont County Jail.
